This could involve swapping parts from your existing engine to the engine you have purchased from us. Parts that may need to be swapped over could include timing chain/belt cover, sensor locations, or mounts.
We advise a thorough comparison with your existing part, please make sure the engine is visually identical to your existing one, make sure the part numbers match as well.
We also recommend going to an ASE-certified mechanic who has experience with installing JDM engines, as they would possess the general knowledge of which parts may need to be swapped.
Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping Offer: We're pleased to offer free shipping to business addresses located in major cities or population centers and are equipped with a dock or forklift within the lower 48 United States.

Warranty Policy:
30-Day Start-Up Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our engines with a 30-day start-up warranty, focusing on internal components. This warranty is conditional upon the installation being carried out by an ASE-certified mechanic.
Coverage Includes:
- The engine block and head, ensuring you're protected against internal part defects from the get-go.
Exclusions:
- Please be aware that our warranty does not extend to electronics, seals, and external accessories like AC compressors, power steering pumps, and alternators. Additionally, costs associated with shipping, labor, replacements, or other related expenses are not covered under this warranty.
Installation Verification:
- For the warranty to be valid, we require proof of installation by an ASE-certified mechanic. Unverified installations, or those not performed by certified professionals, will unfortunately not be covered under our warranty.
Warranty Void Conditions:
- Engaging in activities such as racing, using insufficient oil, or any form of disassembly or internal modification to the engine will void the warranty.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that's defective due to manufacturing faults, rest assured that Skyline JDM Inc will cover the return shipping costs. This claim must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange Policy:
- Should you require an exchange due to a defective item, we will also cover the return shipping costs. The process for exchanges mirrors that for returns of defective items, with a 30-day window from the receipt date for initiation.
Defective Returns and Exchanges Process:
- Notification: Inform us within 30 days if any defects are discovered.
- Evidence Submission: Provide photographic evidence along with a detailed report from an ASE-certified mechanic of the defect for our customer service team's assessment.
- Authorization: Following verification, we'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- Inspection: We'll inspect the returned item to confirm the defect.
- Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we'll process a refund or exchange according to your preference.
General Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any post-delivery damage or alterations may void the possibility of a return or exchange.
- If the item is found to have no damage or defects whatsoever after being thoroughly inspected by us, we will still issue a refund but will deduct the cost of the return shipping fee from the refund (we will share the invoice from the freight company for the return shipping costs with the buyer to see what the deduction will be).
